Shipping & Delivery Policies

We have tried to keep our Shipping & Delivery Policies as simple and user-friendly as possible. Here they are:

1. For Misty Mizzle to arrange to deliver any Products that the user has purchased, the user shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal/delivery details.

2. Risk of loss and title for the Products that the user purchases on the Website pass to the user upon delivery of the user’s purchased Products by the Logistics Supplier.

3. Shipping of Products shall be subject to the policy and guidelines laid down in the Website from time to time which users may please go through.

4. Misty Mizzle is not responsible for any delays in the shipping of user’s ordered and purchased Product(s), lost or missing Product(s), or the incorrect delivery of the Product(s) to the user, which is due to user’s fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by the user.

5. Should the user receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact Misty Mizzle immediately at [email protected], and arrange for the faulty Product to be returned to Misty Mizzle.

6. Shipping of Products:
i. Orders will be packed in secured containers and handed over to the carrier partners within 2-3 business days. Order pickup services will not be available on Sundays and General Holidays.
ii. Tracking information will be shared by SMS/Email associated with the order as soon as the order is picked up by the carrier partner. The status of the shipment can be tracked using this link till delivery. The delivery of SMS/Email depends on the service provider(s) and network availability, which is not guaranteed.
iii. Orders will be shipped through standard shipping methods, which might take anywhere between and not restricted only to 2-8 business days (from the date of order pickup by carrier partner) for delivery. The delivery time may vary under various situations.
iv. Misty Mizzle may offer free delivery occasionally for orders placed by the customer. Otherwise, shipping charges are applicable based on the total weight of the order, which will vary based on the shipping address and also attract applicable taxes to be borne by the customer.

7. Delivery of Products:
i. Misty Mizzle provides the option of delivery at the user’s chosen location, within the deliverable areas by the carrier partners. If an order has a delivery address that is not serviced by any of the carrier partners, Misty Mizzle will cancel the order.
ii. Misty Mizzle will try to ensure delivery of all products ordered by the user, however, due to unforeseen issues, there is the possibility that Misty Mizzle may not be able to deliver a product ordered by the user. The user will receive a mail notification from Misty Mizzle informing the user about items that Misty Mizzle cannot deliver. Users may also ask for cancellation/modification of orders on account of this by contacting support by sending an email message before the order is shipped.
