Products

Do you add any preservatives to your products?
Not at all. All our products are made of carefully selected natural ingredients. There are no preservatives added.

Can I return the product?
Please get in touch with us about returns as we handle returns case-basis. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders

Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes! Please let us know your requirement.

Are taxes included in the listed price?
Listed prices are all-inclusive of GST as applicable.

Are shipping charges extra?
Yes, shipping charges at actual are additional with the product prices.

How do you send the products to me?
We send products to you with our courier/ shipping partners. If you insist to send through Porter for quick delivery within Bengaluru, we might consider it (not always though!) but we generally don’t prefer these services as the shipping charges may be quite high for longer distances. Bengaluru is not a small city either!

Do you ship outside Karnataka?
We do!

Do you ship outside India?
We love to, but not at present. Please feel free to get in touch with us regarding this.

I live near your location, so can I locally pick up the products?
Sorry, we don’t accept local pickup of products at present.

How long will it take to ship the products after I make a payment?
If the products are in stock, we will prepare the order for shipping the same day if payment is realized before noon and the next day if payment is realized after noon. We will definitely inform you of the stock unavailability beforehand. However, please be informed that it might take up to 2-3 business days for order preparation in some unavoidable circumstances.

Should I pay in advance for the products?
We are honest and so yes!. Be assured that you don’t regret paying upfront.

What payment modes are available?
Our payment partner allows you to use these methods to make online payments through their payment gateway: Indian Debit/Credit Cards, Net Bankings, UPIs, Wallets (including Freecharge), Mobikwik, PayTM Wallet, International Credit Cards, Diners, Amex Cards, JCB and more.

Do you offer a Cash or Card on Delivery option?
Not now and we most probably won’t.
